As per Globe, qualified GFiber postpaid customers will be notified through the GlobeOne app and will automatically receive their free speed boost. Therefore, no action is needed on your part. No need to fill out a form or text a message.
To be eligible, your GFiber Plan account must be active and bills up to date.
The upgraded internet speeds, reaching up to 1 Gbps, are based on tenure.
To complement the faster speeds, Globe is giving GFiber subscribers free WiFi 6 modems and a refreshed 24-month lock-up. The upgrade enables homes to connect up to 50 devices with no lag, stream ultra HD videos and play multiplayer games, and stay secure with enhanced built-in protection.
