Digital wallet provider Coins.ph has launched Coins Webpay, a new payment service that enables businesses to accept online payments securely and efficiently.
The platform, which marks Coins.ph’s expansion beyond consumer wallet services into enterprise-grade payment infrastructure, aims to help merchants enhance customer checkout experiences while driving operational efficiency and growth.
To mark the launch, qualified merchants will receive a three-month waiver on transaction fees, giving them access to the platform’s features ahead of the busy holiday shopping season.
Through Coins Webpay, businesses can integrate payment functionality directly into their websites or mobile applications, allowing customers to make instant and secure transactions using their Coins.ph wallets.
The integration simplifies checkout processes and supports seamless digital commerce.
Coins Webpay introduces a suite of features tailored to meet the evolving needs of online merchants:
- Higher Daily Limits: Merchants can process payments up to ₱50 million per day, accommodating larger transaction volumes.
- Flexible Transaction Caps: Businesses can set higher per-transaction limits for big-ticket purchases.
- Competitive Fees: A merchant-friendly fee structure designed to keep operational costs low.
- Real-time Settlements: Immediate fund settlements after each customer transaction.
- Merchant Portal: A forthcoming dashboard for managing transactions, settlements, and team permissions.
- Refund Capability: An upcoming feature enabling quick and simple refunds for unfulfilled orders.
- Future Scalability: Plans to support additional payment methods such as credit cards, mobile wallets, in-store payments, and cryptocurrency.
- “Coins Webpay isn’t just a payment solution; it’s a platform built for merchant success,” said Wei Zhou, chief executive officer of Coins.ph.
